End of Turn 1

Guagadu
You pose your question to the wall. As you finish your question, you see the wall shudder as it contemplates its creator. The wall has become confused, as there is no nation known as "Mexico" in Guns of Icarus. The wall attempts to throw a brick at you, but hurts itself in its confusion.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 100/100

Naoura
You look around you for something long and pointy, and finally settle on a long stick that could have once been a part of a squid that had previously attempted to fly over the wall. You approach the wall and start to poke it with your stick. Unfortunately, the unending heat has made the stick brittle, and it breaks on impact. The wall is currently confused, but was able to hurl a brick at you. Striking you in the abdomen.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 7
HP: 93/100

Huskarr
You emerge from your time machine to gaze upon the glorious wall. You immediately know that this wall means business, and begin constructing some basic defensive positions (this will be ready by turn 3). The Wall is currently confused. It lobs 3 stones your way in an attempt to disrupt your building. Instead, it has helped by increasing the size of your defensive construct, thus allowing more people to take cover behind it.

Ongoing Action: Building "Cover"
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 100/100

RearAdmiralZill
You brazenly approach the wall, and prepare your most devastating glare. As your eyes narrow, you start to see the wall shudder as if it's uncomfortable by your gaze. Several large bricks become dislodged from the wall, and fall on your head.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 11
HP: 89/100

The Mann
As you fix your eyes upon the wall an immediate fondness wells up within you, and you are compelled to run up to the wall and give it a big hug. Unfortunately, you do not look where you are going, and end up hugging Guagadu instead. The wall is still confused, It hurts itself in its confusion.

Piemanlives
Your crust was about to become that golden brown that all pie men wish they had, when you were so rudely ejected from your oven. In a fit of rage, you spin around to see what has caused you this insult, and lay eyes upon a wall as far as the eye can see. Fear can clearly be seen in your eyes, as you know from your past experience that things are about to get ugly. The wall senses a moment of deja vu, and tries to hurl a boulder at you. Unfortunately, in its confusion, it hits itself instead.

*Queso opens his eyes. He feels tall and broad. Moreso than usual. He looks down and sees half a dozen tiny people running around making some sort of preparations. Queso realizes he cannot move. He hears a voice, not from outside, but from seemingly nowhere. Almost as if it were in his head.*

"Oy, git outta my bricks!" says the wall.

"I just woke up here." says Queso.

"You woke up and just happened to find you now exist inside a sentient wall?" said the wall, sounding concerned, angry, and even more confused than the relative calm Queso.

"Oh did I end up in the pit again? Figures."

"The what?"

"Oh, it's uhh... well... you're in a thread right now... but ya know, I think this might be a little too meta this early in the game. Tell Shink I said hi if you see him. I'll just let you ponder the nature of your own existence in peace. "

"Wait, no get back here!" said the wall angrily.

*Queso contemplates other ways to discourage the moral of the wall. Or maybe he wants to fight for the wall. "A heel turn might be fun too" he thinks to himself. "Only time will really tell"*

End of Turn 2

Huskarr
As you toil away with your construct, an eerie tune starts to emanate out from you. No one knows what it is you are trying to hum, but they are all unnerved by it, and decide to give you some space. As your tune comes to an end, the final piece of your construct is put into it's place. Success! however The Wall is not impressed, and chucks a brick your way. Luckily, it just barely missed, but it reminds you that you should probably get behind your cover as soon as you can.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 100/100

The Mann
As you disengage from your misplaced hug, you continue to gaze upon the walls greatness. Inspiration suddenly strikes, and you decide what's better than a wall? That's right, a wall with a totem pole. You begin to construct your totem. For now, the size of the totem pales in comparison to the immense size of the wall. You may be able to build your totem even taller, however you fear the wind might knock it over. The wall sends a brick your way, as it's an equal opportunity bludgeoner.

Ongoing Action: Building a totem pole
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 5
HP: 95/100

D.Strought
You arrive in a coach, and begin to construct a tea stand for the other people around you (will be ready next turn). You craft a sign that reads "Earl Grey: 5ยข". The Wall prefers Chai, and lobs a brick your way in protest. Fortunately, the brick falls just 1 inch to your right.

Ongoing Action: Building a tea stand
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 100/100

Guagadu
It doesn't take you long to find a serviceable stormbreaker, however a crew brave enough to face the wall has become a challenge. You may be able to fly the ship yourself, however you might not be able to effectively damage the wall without a crew. The wall sees you as a threat, and decides to lob a large boulder your way.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 12
HP: 88/100

Naoura
After your failed attempt to poke the wall to death, you look around your environment, and see the remains of a squid engine. A maniacal laugh can be heard, as you approach the engine, and begin whacking it with a spanner. The wall doesn't like you keeping secrets from it, and decides to throw a rock your way.

Ongoing Action: Something
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 9
HP: 84/100

Queso
Collectively, everyone feels a sense of uneasiness, as the wall appears to have grown silent, as if it were talking to itself. After a while, a person can be seen emerging from the wall. Unsure of who this person is, the participants decide to give Queso a wide berth. The wall Throws a brick in the newcomers direction, as even Muse gods have to get past the second wall before they can even attempt to break the fourth.

End of Turn 3

Guagadu
As the smell of your cookies permeate throughout the area, it does not appear to have enticed any players to accompany you on what many assume to be a suicide mission. On the verge of tears, you suddenly spot an odd looking lump not to far off in the sand. on further investigation, you find that an AI engineer had previously fallen off of its original ship, and was stuck in the sand until you freed it. Having nothing better to do, the engineer joins your crew. The wall was jealous of this heartwarming moment, and decided to chuck a brick your way. Luckily you were able to dodge it in the nick of time.

Huskarr
As you hurriedly make your way behind cover, you suddenly get some inspiration! What better way to defeat a rock throwing wall is there than throwing those rocks right back at it?!?! You begin your construction of the trebuchet (will be ready turn 6), starting with the small mechanisms first. Knowing that you will need to soon venture out of cover in order to continue construction. The wall desires to be the only thing that can throw rocks, and tosses a large boulder your way. The impact shakes the cover you were hiding behind.

The Mann
The impact from the brick seems to have caused some form of head trauma. After thanking the wall for bludgeoning you, you get to work incorporating the brick into your extension of the totem pole. A stick is a stick, and there is no way the wall could be confused by it, however the wall does not like the totem getting this tall, and decides to target it instead of you.

Naoura
Over all the commotion, suddenly a long string of curses that would make a grown sailor cry could be heard by everyone. Mouths drop, and eyes find Naoura dragging the squid engine over to cover. As you're hitting the engine with your spanner, you stand up to apologize to Huskarr for the noise. Unfortuantely, the wall takes this moment to lob a brick in your direction.

Queso
With the Squid engine, and the trebuchet parts, you are just barely able to fit behind cover. You gather up some Kaya wood, and begin to fashion a go board. The wall enjoys this game, and decides to toss 361 black and white stones your way. The stones gather up in a nice pile beside you, however you will have to separate the black and the white stones yoursel

You glance around and notice several of your fellow combatants have some scrapes and bruises forming from all the brick (maybe even a mild concussion in The Mann's case). You decide that now is the time to begin construction on a field hospital (will be ready turn 6). Unfortunately, there is no "safe" place available, and the wall chucks a brick your way for even trying to find one.

It knows that it's purpose is to prevent anyone from getting past it, and could care less about who built it.

Would it colapse in itself if one were to dig a tunnel under the wall or fly over it?"

I tink about a Name while I finish my Tebuchet and staying in cover as good as possible. Once I finish my Trebuchet I proclame loudly: "This Trebuchet shall be called 'the Love-rock-thrower'."

*Rubs Head after being struck by boulder*

"How does a Wall throw Bricks and Boulders at us?
aren't they a part of the wall?
Is it slowly taking itself apart in order to hurt us? That seems counterproductive."

Well, I need my own wall.

It probably dosen't need these bricks. Its killing itself anyway.

A tendril of thick, black smoke can just barely be seen snaking over the horizon to the north as another, more dapper pigeon flies in, drops a note, and tips its hat to the Wall before taking flight back towards the north.

The note reads: Two ticks.

(The happening to the north is in a dangerous stage where something could go wrong and set it back a turn)

End of Turn 5

Luharis

After attaching another heartfelt note onto the wall, you can see the Aura become more defined. You become more desperate in your attempts to get the wall to notice you, and begin construction on a 5-tiered bento box (ready Turn 7). The wall has finallybecomes aware of your presence, and lobs a brick your way.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 4
HP: 96/100

Naoura
As you drag the scrap back into cover, a maniacal laugh could be heard as your project is starting to take form. No one really knows what you are doing, and some are even concerned that you may have lost your mind. Soon, the rumblings of an engine can be heard in concert with your laugh. The wall is really unerved by you, and tries to silence you with a brick. Unfortunately it hits your cover instead.

Ongoing Action: Something
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 79/100

Guagadu
Shells fly as you order your engineer to continue working on destroying the wall. You try to get him to target any mechanism that is throwing the bricks at people, however there is no such mechanism present. Horror strikes you as you realize that the wall is using bits of itself to damage everyone. Your engineer can be heard mumbling under his breath "My name is Eustace". The wall tries to strike you with a chunk of rock, however you were able to increase altitude so that the rock passes harmlessly beneath you.

Damage Dealt: 1298
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 78/100

ShadedExalt
You decide now is the time to construct a sports bar so that you can entice some sucker-- I mean AI to your cause (will be ready Turn 7). You also start plotting how you could dismantle Luharis' notes, as you fear some bad things might happen if you let them stay. The wall tries to discourage you and hits you in the arm with a medium sized brick.

Ongoing action: Building a sports bar/plotting
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 10
HP: 80/100

Huskarr
As you continue working on your trebuchet, you know this last part will be the most dangerous, as you will need to venture out of cover to fasten the beam used to throw the objects at the wall. You also work to fill up the counterbalance, and thank the wall for the many heavy objects it has thrown at you. The wall decides it wants to help you out even further, and throws a rock your way.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 9
HP: 80/100

Skymonger
As you are observing the wall, you ponder some of life's mysteries, such as where did all these bricks come from? You hear Guagadu confirm your suspicions that it's using part of itself to assault you and your companions. The wall does not seem to even care about 1 or two puny bricks, and it does not seem to affect it at all. The wall seems to shake as if it's laughing at your inner turmoil. You decide that you're jealous of the wall, and you want to build one of your own (Ready Turn 8). The wall lobs a rock your way, but its aim was thrown off by all the laughing.

Ongoing action: Building another wall
Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 92/100

D.Strought
With the completion of the field hospital, you decide that you want to assist Guagadu with his onslaught. Unfortunately, you don't see any way to board the ship. Suddenly, you hear Huskarr yell in triumph as he completes his trebuchet. You decide that this is perfect! You make your way over to the 'Love-rock-thrower' and begin sighting in Huskarr's stormbreaker. Huskarr is concerned that you might be crazy as you climb into the basket of the trebuchet. You yell at him to pull the lever! miraculously, you are able to land on deck of the stormbreaker unscathed. The wall is too impressed with your feat to do anything.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 92/100
Achievement: "Natural20"

The Mann
You decide that there is not enough totem present, and fashion a totem poster to attach to the wall. The wall is not pleased with your artwork, but is still really annoyed with the real totem pole. It tosses a boulder at the totem.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0

Richard LeMoon
Another strange bird could be seen landing on top of the cover heralding the coming of something. The wall sees this dapper bird and decides to throw some pebbles at the bird, but apparently this dapper bird is a bit more agile than the previous one. It was able to fly off unscathed.

Damage Dealt: 0
Damage Taken: 0
HP: 100/100

Queso
With the construction of the trebuchet finished, there is no more room available for you to take cover behind. This is not a problem, as you've decided to create your own cover so that you can continue your game with the wall (ready next turn). You make your move on the board taunting the wall with a fuseki that look oddly familiar. The wall decides that it wants to shake things up, and tosses a white stone on the lower left star point. It also chucks a brick at you, because it's the wall... it's what it does.

Being the helpful pie that you are, you decide that you will open up your own "home depot" to help your fellow players build what they want faster (will be ready turn 8). The wall is amused that your structure seems to be pie shaped, and wonders if you did that for a reason. It throws a rock at you as it ponders your odd existance.

I catch myself before the impact and congratulate Strought on his landing. I tell him what I have been doing, and suggest that he fires as much as he possibly can at the wall. The tendril of smoke to the north dissipates without incident, apparently. Those wondering what has been happening don't have long to wait as the dapper pigeon returns, once again tipping its hat to the wall before flitting behind cover, assuming it can hold 1 person and a dapper pigeon. It drops a larger note than before, and waits.

Those opening the note will see the following photo:

On the back, it reads: "Coordinates needed. Anglea stands ready. One tick."

The pigeon clears its throat politely and drops a small, blank, paper roll.

(coordinates must be given in pixels on the wall image. Lower left pixel is 1-1. The dapper pigeon will fly off as soon as he receives the coordinates).

End of Turn 6

Huskarr
With your trebuchet finally complete, and tested thanks to D.Strought, you load up the largest boulder you can find. with an odd sounding war cry, you release the boulder, and watch as it fly's true, and strikes the wall squarely. I sit on a lounger on the deck of the Jeeves as the dapper pigeon lands, tips his hat, and drops the scroll. I look at it for a while and pull out a map. After some careful measurements, I roll my eyes at the dapper pigeon.

"These are the coordinates to Eric's house, not the Wall."

The dapper pigeon scoffs with an air of ire. I wrap another tube of paper on his dapper leg.

"All right. See if you can find someone with a better sense of direction, and a map."

The dapper pigeon tips his hat and flies off again. (will arrive at the start of next turn if nothing goes wrong. Coordinates of the wall must be given in pixels. Lower left pixel is 1,1)

I pat a nearby railing.

"Well then, Jeeves, shall we just fire and see what happens?"

The great hulk of Jeeves shifts a little and emits a low creak. "My thoughts exactly." I smile and lean over the rail to shout to the lower deck.

"AyIee Tommy, ignite the charge!"

Missiles pour out of Jeeves starboard flank, exploding into the firing mechanism and igniting the charge. Ice shards fly in all directions as the beast roars and rocks on its structure. A blast wave hits Jeaves, knocking me out of my lounger. Seconds later, getting up and trying to shake the ringing from my ears, I try to view the cannon through the black plumes of smoke. All that can be seen is another thick stream of smoke heading in a high arc to the south. (random coordinates. May miss the wall entirely)

"Well then... at least it fired. We'll have to see if there is anything left of the cannon once the smoke clears. Signal the loaders to bring up another round. I want it ready."

*I grab a bullhorn and shout at Huskarr:* "For Foxx sake Huskarr, you had one job...
Do you have any idea how many favors it took to convince Richard to help us out?
I pray for you that this pigeon comes back and that you'll have the brain to open your freaking map to get the coordinates of the bloddy wall!
