Title: Bring back the old Harpoon (mostly for skyball)

It looked for a while like the harpoon changes might be the first steps in making it actually useful, but that never happened.

So why not go back to the version that was actually 'good' in its role as a joke weapon, the turbo ramming assistant with more force than two ships engines combined and no click to pull stopping one gunner from firing two harpoons. It wasn't an effective weapon all considered but it if you just went along with it it was great fun and it would be even more so in skyball.

Just imagine - skyball with only 5 harpoon mobulas using the old harpoon
