Title: Is the MMO still happening?

Pretty much as the title says.

I know they were doing PvP (Guns of Icarus) then PvE (Alliances) and then Adventures, or whatever (the "MMO") way back when they were doing their Kickstarter. Haven't heard much on it since then.

Just curious if it's "still in the works" or if they abandoned the idea and are just doing Alliances now?

Just doing Alliance now is more or less the case for at least another year or so from what I know (mostly from their fireside chat Q&A streams and the occasional forum post). If Alliance is a success and after all its planned features are released (its releasing with 4 factions and 3 gamemodes, the world has 6 factions and at least 2 extra gamemodes are in development) we might see more about an Adventure mode.

As far as I know some of the features that was supposed to be in Adventure Mode were put into kickstarter tiers. I think this idea is long dead.
