How many members do you have? What is your clan focus? Why people should join exactly this one?

I usually play engi but im welcomed to try any other classes and this is more of a clan for people starting out and for new players to grow in skill with each other

There are many open clans with similar descriptions. To attract members you should either set yourself apart with a unique description or recruit in game.
