It is a period of inactivity. Many clans are unstable, however some rebel clans have managed minor victories against Rydr and Predator forces; However competitive players are slowly losing interest.
Hidden in the shadows of this great battle two new forces are revealing themselves in the form of old legends, taking their time to recuperate from past trials, these sides are not to be underestimated.
Looking to regain their glory and settle age old quarrels with Rydr, the Holy Roman Army are staging a comeback, using stolen information from secret Predator bases Agents Insi0 and Konstigrej, dubbed the Swedish Elite, are looking to put these stolen plans for the Rydr super-ship, the Dementio Star, to use and reclaim their stolen title as champions.
Meanwhile on the Desert planet of Australia, young padawan are being trained up by Obi-Wan Tropobi to face off against Sith Lord Darth Guras. This team, led by those who escaped Order 66, dubbed "Matchmaking Launch", are out to prove that Guns of Icarus is played in places outside of the EU and US.
A huge battle is set to take place in the somewhat near future (whenever BoCA plan the next tourney after this), however one thing is for sure. The competitive scene is far from over..

I couldn't hear a single word over all the beeps. :(
Now that I think about it, I am pretty sure that a lot of players automatically block me despite not actually playing music much... I could be R2-D2!

R2-Mann2? Also, I think Ryder are just the wookies in general. Fun when they want to be, but a right pain in the keister when serious.

The Predators are Storm Troopers (Although maybe a bit more accurate :P)
Obi-Wan - [♫].Daring Do. (A man of great wisdom... when drunk)
Luke - Black Sabbath (Will restore order to the galaxy)
Han - someone who will say "punch it chewy!"... I cannot think of anyone who playes with ryders a lot...
Leia - Josie ( Admittedly I wanted to be the princess but I am not pretty :'( )
Lando - [♫] Hypnopotamus Rex (I'd say they are cool enough)
C3-P0 - I'd probably say myself... I think I know quite a bit about this game but I don't put that knowledge into practice much...

I'm going to be Jango/Boba Fett - the guy working for whoever pays more. Suits me in my opinion.

I call Prince Xisor.
A supposedly deadly threat representing a tiny organization not actually shown in the movie. Occasionally built up as a threat, matches wits with Darth Vader and Skywalker, then dies in his own book without any impact on the plot.
Also, a weirdly sexy lizard.
