I mean, I'm getting into modding in (New) Vegas with the GECK, but starcraft? I haven't even bought that game yet .-.
Also, wouldn't a GoIO RTS have massively different mechanics from SC?
Tough I'd totally get into modding if you payed me :3

no dawn of war is way closer to guns.
because in dawn of war the ecomony is controlled by resource points that you hold and defend.
and the play style is far more aggressive and mobile.
