You know since rematch option isn't even a rematch. I think it will help people stay together.

You may be stretching the number of words the average noob can read. (joking) But there is a time limit, and I don't think most bother to read it now.

I try to explain rematch = faster match, maybe replace rematch with "fast lane vote"

Or just "Play again", and include a "Leave match" option for those that don't want to.

The conclusion was set to it back to defaulting into return to lobby (and have the vote be sent back to MM).

that has problems like resulting in dying lobbies... but meh.
