Title: Lobby Chat

Firstly please tell me if this is a repost, or delete it if it is a repost and you have super cow powers (linux reference).

It has been mentioned in game a few times, but some sort of lobby (text) chat so that you can communicate between all involved in a match without using regional chat.

This has been an on-going request, but I don't think it's been made since we transferred to this forum - so well done for bringing it up again.

There are two chat channels missing,
- Lobby text chat; and
- Team voice chat.

I'm sure someone from Muse said this was being looked at, but nothing's been heard for a while as to how this one's progressing through the project action lists.

This has been mentioned on the forum before, but I just got up so I'm not going to search for another similar thread.

EDIT: Found it on page 7. That thread's been dead forever, so I'll let this one live.

Anyways, we need this. We really do. It was briefly implemented by Muse a few months back, but for some reason it completely replaced regional, which made a lot of people upset.
