Title: Piloting recommended loadouts
Post by: VomAct on May 22, 2015, 01:45:02 pm
I want to recommend myself a loadout, because I am bad and forget to set loadouts for myself.

I do this all the time too. Usually because I get so caught up in making sure each member of the crew has what they need that I forget to change my character when I change the ship.

I, too, spend a lot of time getting my crew set up and then forget to check my own loadout. I'd be all for this

I have sent this suggestion in the past; the response was that the devs would like to do it, but UI is the limiting factor. If they rework the UI they will explore this functionality for pilots.

Uh... i forget too but... really now. That is redundant as hell. You also have loadout slots that you can take advantage of.

And for me, i have different tools for many occasions nowadays.

Piloting loadout slots are A, B, & C I have more than 5 piloting builds that I use regularly. In fact I have different piloting load outs for Blenderfish and Mantifish. It would be nice just to click down the crew icons including my own to assign loadouts that I had designed for a specific ship build.

I agree with everyone. The number of times I've had to disconnect at the beginning because I realized that I have my Squid loadout for the Galleon... ridiculous.

Also, the number of times I've had the wrong loadout because I forgot to click "save loadout". But that's my problem.
