I think a lot of new players don't click on rematch (when they lose) because they think it will be another match with the same teams. So maybe write under rematch "teams will be scrumbled".

But there is a scramble symbol and written something like "Scramble ON"...

I do think this is the case also.
How about just "Rematch and Scramble"

It may seem confusion to some but almost every time a match I am in fails, We get sent to matchmaking and 2 seconds later (yes that is fast!) we are against exactly the same players...

You're using logic, that's your error. We're talking about average players here, I've seen people rebuild the baloon with the buff hammer...

Well if they can't handle this amount of logic - they've picked the wrong game.

Only Speaking for myself and a few others. But we do say during vote to "Rematch as scramble is on".
The Voodoo that is now MM would only put us back in the same lobby. Reminds me of "Groundhog Day"

The rematch timer comes up a bit fast and honestly, people really don't read things. So I can agree to adding some text to clarify. This along with actually listing certain maps as CK or KOTH maps. Can just put the letters CK or KOTH on the image. Course I've said that many times for years and nothing has ever been done even when Muse stated they'd do something to help distinguish.

And have a deathmatch map in every map vote.

That is a very nice idea, easy to understand and will help new players.

I think an option for rematch (same teams) and possibly full rematch (same teams,ships,map,maybe loadouts etc, maybe not even going back to lobby) would be good. Although i can see counting the votes in an intuitive manner being difficult, full rematch would probably need an at or near unanimous vote though.
