Be it a full 4 ship fleet or a single tool.

I'll give you that one... seeing as an exploded bomb will die but chem will result in it doing no dmg.

Though the answer I was looking for was just extinguish the fire beast with a good old can of not chem spray... you know... that other tool no vet uses.
