Title: Clan decals

I can easily see a major issue with all custom decals but if its delegated to clans who's data is stored in-game. I imagine it would simplify matters in integrating custom decals.

Just designate a place for personal decals (the kind bought in store) and clan decals the kind designated to you by the clan.

Yeah it would be good to link decals to clans :) Pitchipsy has done some really nice designs for us trading troops :)
