Looking for something to do between COGs matches?
Come Root on your favorite Duck Team in an all out, no holds barred, Battle Royale between the best of the best!
Where you'll see the Paddling, Raft, Brood, and our Brand New Fourth Team (currently unnamed and comprised mostly of ninja ducks...ducks that can move through solid objects like walls and doors and prefer to be referred to as Duckinjas) go head to head in a Hunger Game Style League that will forever be known as the Hungry Duck Games.
Look for our first game to be held on Saturday April 6th (Bat Time and Bat Chanel TBD)
and May the Ducks forever be in your Favor!

Please keep in mind that there may not be play by play announcers for the first game as this is a trial run but keep your eyes open for future games and celebrity cameos

Sadly I'll be back in bed by the time the Hungry Duck Games start up (getting up at 4:30am for the cogs is fucking rough.) so I won't be able to join in with everyone like a group of friends yelling at a game on TV. I am looking forward to watching the rumble when I eventually rise from my slumber, though. So please make sure it gets uploaded like Qwerty's does.

If the match is going to be directly following the Cogs, I'm not sure that my team will make it. Our captain and second eng were planning on waking up close to the 7pm(/8am for us) time. I don't think that I can get in contact with them to ready them before that. I'll judge it by when the Cogs end.

Squash mentioned it in the Teamspeak as being directly following, not 7pm. He said that he didn't know where the 7pm thing came from. I'm not really sure what the official word will be, since they're in their match right now.

It's rolling now, just for this week. Squash apologized for the disorganization; he said next week will be better for that, he's just been tied up with Cogs stuff.
ETA: I know that my ship should be around if you do make it for 7, too, I'm sure we can still get some good matches going.

Actually, I won't be coming online for quite a while, due to a change of plans. I guess I wouldn't have made it to the games regardless of what time they were at.

Even though our team kind of got obliterated - I guess bubbles wasn't a good enough charm to have on the team - I had a great time having a rumble with you fellow ducks. Looking forward to watching the next one and seeing you improve. Do we know which team is taking part in that one? Also, is it best of 3?

Just want to mention. I watched the stream after and I was really impressed with Arrows commentary again. Great-on-the spot play analysis and overall content, all delivered in an entertaining and interesting way.
Really great job.
I laughed when he noticed I was on board the Duck O' War. Good times.

Was there a Hungry Duck Games match today?

There was. First match was PaFa vs. Brood (with a few other Ducks, including myself, subbing in). Sammy DCed with power problems towards the end, so we had to have a rematch with Squash piloting the second ship. PaFa won.
