It can be a good idea to add some profile-connected abilities 4 captains.
Every player have his own profile, were he can choose his language/languages (4 example my mother tongue is Ukrainian, still i know Russian, English and can understand something in French - and i will choose that languages as preferred), captain creating new ship can choose one or more preferred languages for teammates. So every one will see who is who, and if there is any sense to give commands, and in what language. Maybe it`l be good to add little language icons near the name of the teammate. And preferred language will affect wen you are choosing fast battle.
