Title: Scheduled Downtime February 3rd

We'll be going down for maintenance and the release of the 1.3.5 patch the morning of Februrary 3rd, 2014.  Downtime will begin around 8AM EST and should be done with by 11AM EST.

(that's UTC/GMT 1PM-4PM)
