Title: Community Standards Doc: update the Naming Policy to include char rename UI

The Naming Policy Section (http://gunsoficarus.com/community-standards/#namingPolicy) of the Community Standards contains old information on user renaming which became incorrect when the implementation of in game user renaming was added to the game:

Quote

We generally will change names only when they violate this policy or our User Agreement. We will not change names on request.*

*A renaming feature is in the works, please bear with us!

Please update this documentation to state that it is possible to change your user name in game.  You may also consider adding detail about the 2 free renames and there are costs associated with further changes.
