Contact your opponent to decide on the match start time. It needs to be within the set time period for that round, as indicated by the scheduling guide linked above, and not on the same hour as a previously scheduled match.
Post the scheduled match start time in this thread at least one day prior. I highly recommend including an Event Time Announcer (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedform.html) link, with the event name set as "<Team X> vs <Team Y>".
Community eSports will internally decide who will be recording and commentating the match. At the scheduled match start, we will setup a lobby for your match with the first rolled map. We will make a local recording of the match, which will be edited and broadcast the following Saturday.

Cool. Are all the videos up or are some still uploading? I ask because I don't see the paddling vs overcake match up there. However I do see one video marked private and it cannot be accessed, perhaps that's the one and some switch got flipped on it?

If it's the same vid that was streamed sunday evning/monday morning it should be at the very end of the vid. After the gents vs MM match. ???

No no, they are all split up into separate videos once they go up on youtube. So I did indeed check after the listing for the Gents vs MM match, and the only one left on the list was something marked private.
However, since I made that post the other day, the private thing had gone away and has been replaced by the video that was missing. I don't know what actually happened but either way the problem's solved. :)
