Title: not able to reach you by email.

2 days ago, we defeated the dev team in a match. As asked, I've send a screenshot of result screen to get a reward, but the email was first delayed then failed to reach you eventually.

Can you give me an alternate email address or maybe a more convenient way to get my reward ?
