Title: Please add a full screen windowed mode.

I usually run my games in windowed mode because it's more convenient, but it's not as awesome for games that retain the top bar. I would love to see a full screen windows mode similar to what Counter Strike: GO and Borderlands 2 have. It's a small change that makes a big difference for me.
