So uh, today i had a very strange match.
I was playing desert scrap as pilot for the first time (i rarely do 3v3)
Each time i went near the CP, my ship (mobula) kept falling very fast. I could keep it level if i pressed the button to ascend, and i could just SLAM it down if i even touched the button to descend. Other times, the ships instead went up way too fast without me doing anything. (and getting stuck on scenery multiple times, but oh well)
A similar thing, but way less potent, happened on paritian rumble before. Even if i pressed no buttons, my ship would slowly but surely descend.
Is this a bug? Is there up-down draft on those maps?
I *think* i heard someone having the same problem lately.
It all started after the "new" patch (my steam patched 1.3 again today, same for a crewmate of mine)

yes I had that while sitting in the checkpoint in Desert Scrap, almost killed us a couple of times, well that and and my l33t skillz.

Desert Scrap's wind has always pushed down inside the point (well since it's had wind).
Unfortunately it's really pronounced on the Mobula since it has very little vertical resistance so what would barely move a Pyra quickly forces the Mobula into terrain.
-
Wind can push you down? WAT
Why have I never experienced this?
-
From my experience the Mobula seems to fall a lot faster then other ships, I use the lumberjack a lot so I get to see ships fall down all the time...
-
When I was testing stuff in Sandbox the ship would spontaneously come crashing down. Something's definitely not right there.

Mobula is a very buggy ship in flight. I've set it in a straight line, on Dunes...then I ran to a deck gun to shoot out some mines and next thing I know the ship is turning around on it's own. It has a definite pull to the left. Scrap I've seen the same. I've shut engines off in the point and if it doesn't fly into the ground, I'll find the ship completely turning around on itself.

I noticed a leftward drift too, also on Dunes.
