1: It has almost no players and we need to show it some love
2: There's a free version
3: We need to show the people that play it what the might of Icarus can do.

Oo.. Looked at their steam community Hub, sad day for those developers to have the game they put all their efforts into dry up like that.

I would be sad and angry if this happens to icarus. (It happens to every game actually... i just hope, not too soon)
I wonder if they gave refunds or what, since it became an unplayable game.

I own AirBucs through an indie bundle, and I've always wanted to try it. However, noone is ever in game. If anyone seriously wants to give it a go sometime, I'm actually down. Let me know.

I watched some lets plays of it. It looked like a watered down Guns of Icarus with sloppy ship models and less focus on teamwork. However it was a lets play and it is entirely possible the player recording it did not grasp the nuance of the game.

damn I didn't think it was that bad. I'd probably have bought it if it was atleast some people on, just to have some fun random boarding parties

I actually originally wanted to buy airbucs, but then saw goio on sale.

Same thing here.
I first saw AirBucs and i LOVED the idea of airship combat, being a fan. I wasn't really sure about ship models, and the weapons seemed quite limited, though. I still was about to buy it.
But then, i saw REAL steampunk ships and guns in GoiO and bought this instead.
