Title: List of titles?

Is there a complete list of titles? I know there is some on the wiki, but there are ones I've seen ingame that arn't on there

I once had a database because I had a small addiction to collecting them.
But I stopped updating it because of the amount of events which were in timezone where I could not attend.  :'(
So I stopped managing it and stopped trying to hard to collect titles.
I don't know who has the most titles in this game anymore.
