Title: Angry Joe advertises Guns of Icarus Online
Post by: Redorio diVario on May 09, 2013, 04:58:29 pm
Nobody noticed that?
I think that explains the sudden influx of new players :D. Who would expect. It's cool that Joe supports the game and encourages people to support the kickstarter :D.

Angry Joe is like that lovelable chubby cousin that rages at video games. That guy rocks.

I actually joined because of Angry Joe. My favorite reviewer. I have a friend big into steampunk and he told me months ago about the game but I kind of brushed it off. Completely idiotic of me. I bought it 2 days ago after Angry Joe talked about it and I already have 20 hours into it.

800+ players in the game. NIIIIIIIICE. Probably thanks to another Angry Joe's, but also Total Biscuit's and others gamepley of GoI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5WCQm4-tVU).

What an irony that it led to the servers lag what resulted in game being almost unplayable and also to the crush of GoI main site and forum xD.

The huge influx of players hit the servers pretty hard at first but I'm glad this game got so much attention. This community and Muse definitely deserve it!
