Hey Everyone,
We're doing our massive "did we break/miss anything" testing this Saturday at 4 pm eastern.
The biggest things to test are:
-New UI
-New Map: Clash on Blackcliff. A new 2v2 Deathmatch map based on Raid on the Refinery.
Known Issues (for testing)
Build 514
New map does not have map images (loading and map screen)
New map will get clouds later
New achievements not in yet
We will check this thread on Monday with everyone's feedback. I'll stop by once or twice before Saturday just in case I forgot something.

A re-purposed (hate the term new if it isn't really new) map with no clouds?! OH HOLY DAY YES, FEEL MY LUMBERJACKS!
-
They said they still haven't added them in. A map without cloud cover would be really boring and not balanced in the slightest.
Since this testing seems like a pretty finite stage, do you have any date approximation in mind for the release of said stuff?

Soon™

(But actually most of this just depends on if they are definitely working as intended before they go out, so get testing!)

I actually like the map with no clouds. It has plenty of cover and great opportunities for maneuvers.
I was experiencing some oddness with terrain collisions with my Galleon, though. A few times when I was clearly hitting something with my hull (was slanted from below), the balloon would take all the damage instead. I was able to duplicate it a few times. Did something change with the balloon hitbox on the galleon, or is it a map issue to investigate?

Last I checked, allied ships did not show up on the compass. Is that intentional?
Also, the map had some disappearing parts. Screenshots below:

Some more screenshots of the disappearing geometry, as well as the infinite ping process bug.

Server Latency always says "Pinging.." and there is a large list of ping processes that don't die until the game ends (On Linux).
For several of us Linux users, we experienced a crash. Here is my log after the crash:

Had my first crash to desktop, here's the log:
