Title: Which Folder Is Used to Report a Bug?

Here is a small cosmetic bug that I found.  I noticed that the badge for Able Seaman, Able Engineer and Able Gunner on the View Pilot/Engineer/Gunner Stats screen incorrectly shows the previous level's badge.  Attached is a screen shot.
