Title: Bring back match join/leave notifications!

I noticed that with the newest patch, you now only see when a player joins or leaves your own crew rather than the entire match.  I found it really helpful to see right away if our teammate lost their captain or something, and nice to know if a friend joined in spectate so I could say hello, etc.  I'm not sure what the purpose of this change was, but I'd personally like it back the way it was.

I was only able to see about half the join / leave messages anyways. Now I at least see ALL the messages for my own crew.

I liked seeing people leave and go, especially if its a situation where a full any ship ragequits so I can try and get my ally on the horn to surrender real quick before the whole lobby dies. Also paranoid competitive player would like to know if a spectator joins : (

I'd like this too, tbh I had no idea it stopped being a feature.

I guess since usually its people on my ship that hop on/off :<
