Title: Pilot Costumes

When is the 'Admiral' costume unlocked for Pilots? It looks pretty much like a Naval Admiral Coat. I presume it's around level 10.

But I only seem to ever use it on my engineer...
That way whenever I am fixing another broken hull I am reminded of my true calling: to be the guy making hulls break
