Title: Spectate soundloop
Post by: zlater75@hotmail.com on January 14, 2014, 04:10:23 pm
When spectating there is a  "woooosh" wind sound that is in a loop and doesn't change according to environment.

Would be very nice if this bug was fixed. Happens at least in labyrinth.

I have noticed this happening on every map when spectating, and only when the camera is not tethered to one ship; the sound is the same as is played when falling off a ship, before respawning on the shop.

could Muse create more "Woosh" sounds then?
or remove the sound from the spectating point of view.

I like hearing the sounds of guns, ships and the action but that constant loop is a bit annoying.

Could the noise be ambient wind noise from when you fall from the ship? just when you spectate you hear it when away from the ship itself and more open areas?

This is a very annoying bug, but I swear that I haven't heard it in ages.  I must be subconsciously blocking it out :/

I agree it sounds like when you spawn midair or fall from ship so that sound must be somehow embedded in the spectae spawn when it shouldn't and continues as a loop until match is over.

It exists it's the noise that happens when you fall of a ship. IF you get close to a ship in spectate it will sometimes go away
