Title: What was that show called?

My friend was telling me about this show he was watching.

It's some British show about this time-traveling guy who wears a bowtie.

It's fairly popular, so I figured I'd ask you guys.

I remember it was called Dr. ____.

Any ideas?

??? We are honestly trying to help ya with your personal memory problems, forgetting half of the show's name and all, and is this all the thanks we get for it?? Bahhh. not even gonna tell ya anymore that the show's called Dr. Plan 9 from Outer Space!
