Title: Easy Captain Switching

Now I'm not sure if this has been recommended before or not, but I feel like an easy way to switch the role of captain around would be nice. I've just noticed that sometimes on more populated servers, it can be a little hard and awkward trying to move the captain seat around between two people. Sometimes, when someone leaves the spot a random immediately takes it leaving the person no place to go as he cant return to his ship. Perhaps like a small transfer captain button next to people's names on your ship would be great. Click to switch your two spots and you're done.

+1, this has always been a nuisance, even in competitive play.

Also non-captain switching. Maybe when clicking on someone's name in a crew slot, one of the options could be "propose swap" or something, which shows a message somewhere to the recipient. They can accept or deny by clicking the sender's name and choosing the appropriate option in the popup.

Something like this maybe? Select for empty spots, swap for request, accept for...well, accepting.
