Title: Map Voting Suggestion

Pretty simple, but instead of immediately after being returned to the lobby, why not wait till all teams have readied up?  Poll all 16 or 24 players.

Their loadout depends on the map, so they need some time to change it after map is chosen.

instead of instant countdown, why not let the countdown start when 5 people have voted?

I'm not sure there are so many players who vote. I think most of them don't care at all.

Could just make the countdown a little longer. I too sometimes miss the chance to vote because once I load back into lobby, I have >10 seconds on a lot of occasions.
