Title: Queue or Join as a group/crew

This feature is much needed.    It's really hard to join with a full crew in an open game, because there's always 1 or 2 random gunners filling every ship slot already.   Being able to queue up as a full crew or partial would be great.

a party feature is in the works as is, and I believe it's slated to be released in the next patch could be wrong though

Yeah, it's planned to arrive in the next feature patch.
