Hi I'm captain Mistral and I'm a new pilot on the game. I was wandering if anyone has any tips for me?

Here are some guides written by the community on the art of captaining:

However the best advice I can give you is - learn to engineer and gun with an experienced captain before trying to take on the roll yourself. If you don't know how much damage the ship can take, and the best shooting conditions for your guns you will not be a very good captain.

Even I, who like you was brazen enough to put captain in my name before even playing a single match, played extensively as gunner and engineer before flying.

That being said pilot tools are your friends.  Pheonix claw is probably the most important to learn initially and the Pyramidion and the Manticore Goldfish are great starter ships.

I'll be hosting s pilot training session 6th August 12pm - 2pm GMT+0, where I'll be covering the basics of piloting so if you are online at that time look me up.

I recommend watching videos on youtube, mostly about competitions! You can learn literally A LOT from them, also you get new cool ideas!
