Title: Can we change the "time between posts" timer?

Even 20 seconds would be good.

But the edit limit now that BS gotta go. I'll edit all day if I could and I can't be limited to rewriting only 10 times. Gonna need atleast 20 edits muse.

I know, but it's not like we really get spammers. At least shorten it for the pit.
