Title: Will There Be Alliance Specific Heavy Guns?

I would really like to know if any new alliance exclusive heavy guns will be added! Heavy guns are still unbalanced, Hwatcha is the only one worth using most of the time. So some alliance exclusive heavy would be great! Anypne know if this is planned to happen?
