Yeah, I really miss doing the Broadside Anchor and would love to make some more. But you're right, after launch I just got too busy to keep it up.

The idea was indeed to put an RP spin on current events in game, and while I don't have the time to write and produce whole issues any more, it might be possible to assemble new issues with player submissions. A Cantina thread to generate content would be a great start. (It would also be awesome to see an entirely new community paper/news broadcast get off the ground...but I wouldn't be averse to bringing the Anchor back in some form!)

Oui, j'ai compris, et merci pour les remarques!

J'ai recemment fait plusieurs changements aux objectifs, notamment pour la classe pilote, et reduction d'emphase sur le ramming en faisait grande partie. C'est peut-etre trop severe encore, mais on doit seulement detruire des composants plutot que tuer des vaisseaux avec ramming, ce qui doit ameliorer la frustration. (Mais "nobrain?" C'est pas trop facile a tuer par ramming...vous avez un talent, peut-etre?)

Pour choix de vaisseau, je voulais qu'un pilote devienne familier avec tous les classes differentes des navires, mais je vois que cela peut etre considere un peu excessif si on tend vers un vaisseau prefere. Bref, j'ai note vos reactions, et j'invite vos suggestions si vous voulez ajouter quelque chose!

Your game account is tied to your Steam account (whatever computer you play it from), so the only way to play with a new profile is to log into another Steam account that owns the game.

And it would be great to be able to change timezone, because I can't get my head around whichever one the forum is using by default.

Under Modify Profile -> Look and Layout you ought to be able to set your timezone.

Although I do think the header needs some work. It's quite boring and lacks identity.

We'll probably be adding an image banner soon.

Since the artists who worked with us on the soundtrack own the rights to their own work, the soundtrack is not for sale separately and is only available through the collector's edition.

There's no way to "upgrade" a regular edition purchase to CE through Steam, but if you email us at feedback@musegames.com we might be able to help you out directly.

Speaking personally, the soundtrack is awesome and well worth the CE price on its own.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys, and believe me, I'm definitely down with getting more people in here!

Adding a link in game should be a big help with this, and we're already working on revamping the Social page and we'll be adding a forum link on there.

For the International pages, I'd welcome any suggestions on how we can find and reach out to the international players.

If you make a post on the Steam forum with a link to the international boards, we'll also sticky that (as FisherEx has done for the Russian board). Post it up here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/209080/discussions

Also, if you know of any unofficial groups or discussion boards for other languages, please make a post and invite those guys in!

The welcome email already has a forum link, but I'd be happy to add a line for each one of the international forums to it, too. Moderators, please send me a one-line translation for "[Language]-speakers: visit the [language] community board on the official forums!" and I'll stick it in!

Hmm, you joined just over the weekend, eh? I'm seeing a lot of 1/1/1 users on the forums now...it looks like any players who joined since the new forum went live aren't getting their ranks updated at all. I've sent off a message to our database admin to investigate, hopefully we'll have this fixed up soon. After all, we don't want you to be forever noobs...

Thanks for the kind words. I'm happy this forum is active, too!

The forum account is hooked directly to the game account, and level changes should be (essentially) instantaneous. I checked your account, I'm not sure why it's not synced. I manually set your ranks to your current level. It should update the next time you level up, but if it doesn't please let me know and I'll look into it!

I love it!  The old forum was very odd.  This one's closer to what I'm used to.  Though no forum I've encountered was quite as awesome as the Gaslamp Games Forums.  This one is at least fairly standard.

Hmm, powered by XenForo? Never heard of it, but I agree it does look nice!

Far superior to the previous one. I will definitely be visiting this forum more often than before.
