Separate sensitivity setting for on and off gun

I just want to turn fast off the guns.

I want to turn slow for higher accuracy on guns.

Makes sense to me. Similar to how other games that use aim-down-sights have general sensitivity and aiming sensitivity. It seems sensitivity is always the same regardless of whether you're using a gun or even using a scope.
