I personally believe the whole reason behind this idea is to compensate for the lack of novice matches in the current system. Can anyone really say it's fair for either party for someone very inexperienced to be thrown into high-level lobbies? That new player will not be able to meet the demands expected at that level of play, as a result, it is hardly likely for anyone to have fun. In absence of a better solution, it may be more sensible to readjust the level requirements for matches.
