A question about modded Decals, hats and the like

So Im a art student who lives off ramen and and photosynthesis (on the rare occasions I'm not playing Video games or in the studio and get to see the outside world) and I was wondering if artist who's decals and such are being sold on the in game store receive Any compensation from the sales such as the standard 35% profit similar games pay out.     

Oh and in the instructions for submitting decals it states that they should be in 80% white is this referring to the opacity?

OH! And another question can we submit them as packs with 2-3 different variations of a similar decal?

I had the same question. I asked a long time ago and didn't get a response. Probably because I was submitting a decal of Howard's face ;D
