Option to remove Buff and Chem for spectate

I have some pretty good screenshots taken from spectate. Or, rather, would have some good shots. No hud, nice angles, but the shots are often marred by ugly buff and chem effects that make the components look like the victims of bad rendering.

I would like to discuss an option to remove them, similar to the hud removal elements. Be it a screenshot only (so you still see it flying around), or complete removal from your view. Off all the time would be better for video. Push button, or menu option?

Daft Loon:
As is the chem and buff effects are rather hard to keep track of from spectate anyway for information purposes. Disabling the visual effect entirely for spectators and adding an indicator to the spectator hud to show which components are chemmed/buffed could be an option.

A single button screenshot mode could be good too, all in one disables every hud component and removes buff and chem effects.
