The thing is, I have more GoIO vids in this account.....
and...I have no clue how to file a dispute.

I'm not gonna say anything, I'll still play this game when I got time...and Ressorious is still a great guy, and this is most likely a bot who found the album on iTunes...and no one in production...

Also... quote fair use. don't quote muse gave you permission to upload their music (they didn't-its a trick answer among others). Its recorded game footage that coincidentally has the game music. Which is unavoidable.

Should it get decline contact muse. And yeah I did tell muse this was gonna happen. It was better to sort it out with cd baby than us flipping a coin on filed disputes. Muse will get flooded with these emails complaining about youtube claims unless they sort out cd baby.

You can still publish it and keep it on your channel, it just changes the way the monetization, ads work etc.

Theres tricks to it. A guy posted some info on getting around their filters that was in an article on Kotaku the other week. Think he had to post about one thing and then include the opposite later in the vid.
