Teamwork Ammo

With all guns and ammo changes lately I was thinking that Muse haven't even tried buffing the most important part of this game: Teamwork.  If there was a Teamwork 'ammo' or 'tool' you could equip, what would you suggest?

e.g.

* "I See Red!" - Matchmaker finds crewmates that have the same dye colour costumes as you so you all match on the victory screen
* "Talkback Radio" - buffs crew without mics... so that they could talk as if they had mics... or something
