Heavy Clip: What is it good for anyway?

I always thought Lesmok could use a reduction in recoil. That would actually make it useful in Hwacha and a more useful in Gatling, L Flak, and flare. Maybe even Mortar. Lesmok and 100% reduction Heavy could then be used in tandem from mid to long range engagements.
