While its concept is good, nobody have ever managed to put into practice this utopian plan, always making it degenerate in dictatorships.
E.g. Cuba with Fidel, Russia with Lenin, Stalin, Cina with Mao, et cetera.
Also, communism's plan to create an utopia would lead to stagnancy to a lot of sectors, also totally deleting the concept of self, making everyone behave like a hivemind, to me it would be fucking horrible.
You know the Borg? That's the plan that the communism plans for society, and that is also why it's very capable of failing, because if someone strong enough to challenge the hivemind arises, the utopia would become just a battlefield of white VS black, and the more of the "challengers" rise, the more it becomes a distopia, like a Borg civil war would be.
It leads in stagnancy in many fields, as already said, and many people, nowadays, hate (or so I hope) stagnancy.
As stagnancy I mean the lack of will to go forth and push the limits.
