Seeing Dev App thread

I'm not in the Dev App. I have never been in it. Yet I can see the Dev App threads, and always have. Shouldn't this not happen?

Same here, mentioned it a while ago but no-one picked up on it.

BlackenedPies:
Dev app uses a separate user account and it's easier to have one forum.
