It would be handy to have a list of changes for each patch, especially for "bug fixes" as that would allow for community testing.

There already are change logs.

EDIT: If you mean for hotfixes, they can often be found on GoIO's Facebook.

Helmic:
It'd be nicer if we could get them all in once place in the forums, or better yet a .TXT in the game's files.
