I think you'd do well to give your team a name, as for three people, you might want to ask people around or to other bigger clans for "subs" (substitutes) who are basically temporary players that you use until you get a full team aswell or when you have a full team and someone isnt able to attend.
To add to what my mate Keb here has said, it is normally good to let people know what roles you and your friends are filling when asking for help, is it two pilots and the rest crew? Or do you have one extra crew member sitting free? Because you'll be more likely to get a pilot and two friends to join your team than you'll be able to find three substitute crew members just because of the fact crew tend to follow pilots and pilots tend to look after their crew
