The only criterion for the achievement is "Mess with your forum levels"

Honestly, I'd really like to have the Forum Stats back. It's not like they're a privacy issue or anything, since what they display can be seen in profiles anyways (and isn't sensitive information), and it's kind of fun looking at the stats.
