Kick function promotes teamwork or at least sanity

There's a kick feature on puzzle pirates, which yes can often be used to throw randoms off a ship to replace with their friends...
However the amount of work most captains have to put into the game to get a ship normally means the only ones dedicated enough to go that far are mature, it is also their ship, they worked hard for it, so that makes it justifiable to have a "plank"

However in Guns of Icarus, there are no requirements to gets ship, anyone can captain, so a kick feature, yes I'd love it, but without the requirements for captains to do anything beyond changing class, I think it wouldn't fit into guns of Icarus, also Muse have said it would not happen....

And since this is the pit...
