Old TV shows you are revisiting
(1/1)
Arturo Sanchez:
So current TV sucks, youtube only entertains so much, porn gets repetitive.
So what do you watch from ye olde times that you gave a miss back when you were a wee one?
Right now, I'm catching up on period dramas around the napoleanic times (the cleave boys. the glorious cleavage).
2 of my faves so far are Sharpe and BBC's casanova (david tenant b4 he was the doctor)
Kamoba:
Sharpe, always a good choice.
Red Dwarf for Sci-Fi parody comedy.
Only Fools and Horses for good old cockney comedy, 'e who dares, wins.
Blackadder for the laughs and many favourite comedians.
The young ones...
Films: Back to the future and Clint Eastwood films, fist full of dollars and other spaghetti westerns 8)
David Dire:
Personally I've started on the original Star Trek for my TV show, although I'm mostly entertained in youtube, and if you watch This guy(<link) youtube entertains forever.
(Seriously, I've watched all of Jerma's videos at least 3 times and it's still funny.)
HaZ-MiDNight:
hum i'm watch (again) a show called "Black Books" damm the thing is funny, and the main actor became a standup comedian after the show over. I wish this thing have more episodes ._.
Arturo Sanchez:
comedy at around the monty python and black adder era did not age well...
that being said I have committed a few choice scenes to memory as classics.
like stephan fry as lord wellington in black adder the third. watching the sharpe series I have a greater appreciation of the character created.
